Speaking about fauna, it comprises of jackal, panther, mongoose, nilgai, fox, etc., and over 300 species of birds.

Chachrauli Fort: Chachrauli is situated in the north Indian state of Haryana near Karnal. Chachrauli, formerly the capital of one of India's 562 princely states, boasts of a busy station, a grain market, banks and hardware stores, but it also has vestiges of its princely past-the ruling family's samadhi (memorials) and their forts and palaces, now housing offices. Every inch of the fort is painted by artists with paintings of flowers, murals, birds, etc.

Jal Mahal: Located in Mahendragarh this palace was built by commander Quli Khan. The palace is build amidst water. The palace is built keeping in mind the strategic importance of the location. The interiors of the palace are lavishly decorated with beautiful paintings painted in gold color. With time the palace and tank in it had deteriorated. Government of Haryana decided to revive the same and since then the number of foreigner tourists in Haryana have increased manifold.

Chatta Rai Mukand Dass: This structure is an amazing piece of architecture. The artistic and strategically built palace has marble floors, is spacious, and has spectacular lighting that sparkle the interior of the palace. Water bodies and fountains constructed around the palace help in keeping the palace cool.
